WHAT WILL MY JOB LOOK LIKE?
- Implement DHLs exciting Engagement initiatives (DHL’s Got Heart, Asia Cup, DHL’s Got Talent, Employee appreciation week)
- Facilitate the annual surveys for Great Place to Work, Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) and HR Quality Survey (HRQS)
- Lead our world class recognition program (Employee of the Month, Quarter & Year) with support from the HR Analyst
- Analyse our current programs and recommend best practise for engagement and motivation initiatives
- Maintain programs and engagement data, files and reporting
- 12 month fixed term contract
WHAT CAN I BRING TO THE JOB?
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work and work collaboratively with teams in the business
- Demonstrated experience in positive influencing and collaborating with business managers and employees
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
